Core#

  • Baseline -- Clear the exam
    • this is like a higher level board exam. Not even like a university exam.
    • its straight and defined -- starts with preparation and ends with mains paper.
    • have to have targeted approach. PYQ is the target.
    • so, take it as a project -- one that has a deadline.
  • There is too much noise in the market. Don't fall trap to the FOMO feeling.
  • Limit the base(static) resources and do it again and again.
    • Refer to extra resources where the base is insufficient only for those topics.
    • Optimization is the key.
  • How you write is more important than how much you read. The benchmark is toppers' answer sheets. You have to put all you know in 3 hrs. How much can u put in 3 hrs? This is a test with contraints.
  • Optional decides the success or failure. GS marks are more or less similar.
  • Design a strategy that suits you and your situation.
  • Focus on strengths and manage the weaknesses.

It is actually achievable.

  • First attempt is the best attempt.
  • Preparation is more directional.
  • One utilizes ones time more efficiently.
  • Optimal choice of quantity and quality of the reading material.
  • No previous baggage of failures and the extra weight of multiple sources.
  • Build upon others' work. That saves time and energy.
